Day 1: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport
On your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Internal Airport, you will meet a representative from Karibu Africa Safaris, and transfer to your accommodation in the multicultural city of Nairobi.Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park
An early breakfast followed by a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park situated on the floor of the Great Rift Valley surrounded by escarpment and picturesque ridges. You will have lunch at Flamingo Hill Tented camp followed by an early afternoon leisure, and later on a game drive till dusk in this park that borrows its name from the resident Lake Nakuru. The game drive will end with a return to the camp for dinner and overnight.Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
An early breakfast drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch at Ilkeliani Tented Camp. After lunch, you have the early afternoon at leisure, and then head out for a game drive till sunset, return to the camp for dinner, and overnight.Day 4: Masai Mara Full Day
You have two full days to explore Masai Mara, a jewel located in the Great Rift Valley. The game drive program can be catered according to your preference, providing the options of either choosing an early morning and late afternoon game drive, with the mid-morning spent relaxing in the camp; or a full day game drive with packed lunch. Both options offer great opportunities to enjoy the game reserve.Day 5: Maasai Mara Full Day
After breakfast, you will check out the camp for a full day of exploring the game reserve heading towards the Mara Northside, close to the Kenya/Tanzania border point. En route, you will enjoy a game drive in one of the most populated wildlife areas in the Masai Mara eco-system and afterward head to your camp that offers elevated views of the national reserve.Day 6: Serengeti National Park
You will have breakfast, followed by a transfer to the Kenya/Tanzania border town of Isebania. After completion of customs and immigration procedures, you will meet your Tanzanian driver and proceed to Serengeti with packed lunch for a brief game drive on the way to your accommodation.Day 7 & 8: Serengeti Full Day
Explore the majestic Serengeti with its range of different habitats ranging from open grassland savannah to riverine forest, and woodlands. The game drive will include packed lunch in a designated picnic area, later head back to the camp for dinner and overnight.Day 9: Final game drive in the Serengeti
After breakfast, you will set out for your final game drive in the Serengeti, as you head out to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and into Karatu for the night.Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater full-day tour
You will have an early breakfast then head to the Ngorongoro Conservation area with packed lunch for a full-day crater tour in the inactive volcanic caldera. Formed 3 million years ago after the collapse of a giant volcano with a depth of 610m and a floor area of 260 km2, the crater is considered a natural wonder of Africa; boasting a variety of large animals, approximately 25,000 in number including the rare black rhino. Lunch is at a picnic site with a view of hippos lazing in the shallow waters of the lake, and afterward an afternoon game drive as you head to your accommodation for the night:Day 9: Final game drive in the Serengeti
Day 11: Lake Manyara National Park
Early breakfast then we depart to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch. After completion of park fees payment, you will drive through the lush forest then open grassland, and on to the lake edge. The lake is a magnet for birdlife and inhibits the flamingos that congregate on its edges, giving it a pinkish hue from afar during the wet season. You can also expect to see various animals like elephants, hippos, impala, dik-dik, bushbuck, and if you are lucky, the famous tree-climbing lions of Manyara. Lunch will be taken at one of the picnic sites with a view of the lake followed by a game drive to your accommodation built on the edge of the Great Rift Valley with a view of Lake Manyara National Park.Day 9: Final game drive in the Serengeti
Day 12: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will take a drive to Tarangire National Park, the elephants’ paradise. Enjoy the game drive through the park which covers an area of 2,850 km2 and is famous for its large herd of elephants, some over 100 in number; and large baobab trees that dot the landscape. After the game drive, you head to Arusha for dinner and overnight.Day 9: Final game drive in the Serengeti
Day 13: Amboseli National Park
Early morning breakfast then we proceed to Kenya/Tanzania border town of Namanga, after customs and immigration procedures, you will meet your Kenyan driver and proceed to Amboseli National Park for a game drive with packed lunch.Day 14: Return to Nairobi
Breakfast at the camp, check out, and head into the park for a final game drive, later in the day head out for Nairobi to drop you off at Jomo Kenyatta airport in good time for your flight.****End of service**
